He'll ask a lot of questions and will bring his special talent for seeing beyond WHAT EXISTS TO WHAT CAN BE
Harold will help clarify your likes and dislikes and assist in identifying the best layout for your life- or work-style
In the next phase we create a scope of work from notes taken during the initial visit
We schedule subcontractor and supplier site visits to review the work to be done, and then prepare budgets for your consideration.
Our detailed estimates allow you to know with confidence exactly how we propose to fulfill your vision
If you have additional questions to ask or wish to make adjustments, now is the time
Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we enter into a formal agreement and your project can commence
